1. Acceptance

By accessing Clipway and creating an account, you accept these Terms of Service without reservation. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the service.

2. License

Clipway grants you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the service in accordance with these Terms. You may not resell, sublicense or redistribute access to the service.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your password and all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. Only one account per person is allowed.

4. Payments and right of withdrawal

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Whop, our official payment partner. Waiver of the right of withdrawal. Clipway provides a digital service whose performance begins immediately after payment is validated. By subscribing, you expressly request the immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that content generation triggers automated, irreversible and resource-consuming processes as soon as payment is made. Accordingly, pursuant to Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code (and EU Directive 2011/83), you expressly waive your 14-day right of withdrawal from the moment performance begins. Subscriptions and purchased credits are therefore non-refundable, except where required by mandatory law. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard: cancellation stops renewal, but the subscription remains active until the end of the period already paid, with no pro-rata refund.

5. Intellectual property

Videos generated via Clipway belong to you and you are free to use them for commercial purposes. You remain responsible for the content you create. The Clipway brand, logo and source code remain our exclusive property.

6. Limitation of liability

Clipway cannot be held liable for indirect losses, loss of revenue or consequential damages arising from the use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months.

7. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Substantial changes will be notified by email with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be brought before the competent courts of Paris, except where mandatory consumer protection provisions apply otherwise.
